Because R&M Dessert Bar items are perishable, all online shop items are final sale. Returns are not accepted and there are no refunds or exchanges. R&M Dessert Bar is not responsible for shipments returned to our shop by the carrier, or  for lost and stolen products.

We are unable to offer refunds for orders that are damaged beyond our control, which include extreme temperatures outdoors or within carrier facilities. We make sure our products are of high quality as we package and produce them in our kitchen, but are unable to ensure that carriers will do the same.
